Privacy policy

Sabylis processes your personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Déclaration CNDP n° D-XXX/2026 (en cours).

Data we collect

• Forms (contact, AI audit, calculator): name, email, phone, company, message and answers.
• AI assistant: message content and contact details if you choose to share them.
• Analytics: only if you accept via the cookie banner.

Purposes

To answer your requests, send your audit report, prepare a proposal and, with your consent, send our newsletter.

Recipients and processors

Your data is for the Sabylis team. We use technical processors (hosting, email delivery, AI model provider) that do not use your data for their own purposes. Some are located outside Morocco; these transfers follow CNDP requirements.

AI assistant

The assistant on this site is an artificial intelligence. Don't share sensitive data. Conversations may be kept for 90 days to improve service quality.

Retention

Prospect data is kept for 3 years after the last contact.
